Game’s upcoming Jesus Piece album may be one of the greatest hip hop albums of 2012. He compares Jesus Piece to the iconic Dr. Dre’s ‘The Chronic’ album. Is that fair game? Maybe so, maybe not; however, Game got a hell of a lot of collaborations on the album, minus Game’s good friend, Snoop Dogg aka Snoop Lion. In my opinion, that’s the only collaboration missing, because when those two blue and red rappers (Crip & Blood) rappers get together, they MURDER tracks. Yet certain collaborations will indeed stand out, such as “HVN4AGNGSTA,” to which Game called on No Limit Forever Record’s founder and CEO, Master P. to do his infamous Uhhhhh crooning as well as drop a verse on the joint. But get this, the original track is entitled ‘Heaven For a Gangster’, which surfaced on P’s 1997 album entitled Tru Da 2 Game.
“The thing about Game is he’s a hard worker and redoing ‘Heaven for a Gangster’ is magical,” explained P to AllHipHop.com. “He’s from the streets and rededicated his life and I definitely love working with him.”

Look into the future of their money making show. If the show continues, the rating will drop tremendously. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians show executives may try to do a spend off, however that won’t last.

Now let me take you back to 1993, 1994 as I made my way to East Point Atlanta by way Tha S.W.A.T.S. It was a melancholy moment, thinking to myself, What the ….. is in East Point, as I wanted to be a part of the magnet program at North Atlanta High School. But then I turned on the radio, and the first song I heard was ‘Ain’t No Thang’. Catchy line, ‘It’s just a pimps (players), Mack daddies (East Point)’ . Let’s just say I had a change of heart at the moment. Thanks V-103 for introducing me to the one and only Outkast (Big Boi & Dre). Tri Cities High School it was. C/O 1998 pimp. First album, Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik was the joint. Eighteen years late, still an East Point Greatest Hit, no disrespect to Outkast’s Dungeon Family member, Cool Breeze, who released an album under the same phrase. And that too was CLASSIC. But there was a joint named ‘Phobia’ which never made the Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik album. Don’t know why, but it’s indeed a dope song. So for all of you Outkast heads out there, old and new, I’m preparing to you ‘Phobia’ by Outkast, featuring another D.F. member, Big Rube.

I had this poster on the wall of my bedroom. Of course momma made me take it down and started praying to Jesus on my behalf. LOL! But she couldn’t stop the memory. Anyway, congratulations Ms. Kim Jones, HAPPY 16th Anniversary and thanks for making one of the dopest hip hop albums ever coming from a woman.

Obama Wins (South Park episode)…hilarious*****
What you must love about comedy is that it brings people together. Even two people whom have racial issues with one another could sit and laugh about the same things. Though views might be different, the FACT of matters are quite entertaining. That’s what’s brilliant about South Park as it takes the realities of life and poke fun at it. The latest episode was Obama’s re-election. The reality is, not every American citizen is happy about that, and for different reasons of course. Many are questioning the CHANGE Obama has supposedly brought to USA since former president George W. Bush’s eight years in office, except for the face of presidency, i.e. being the FIRST black president of America. Other issues regards the presidents “friendliness”, lacking firmness with China. And Comedy Central’s South Park addresses that. However regardless one’s views about the current state of America with Barack Obama in office, sometimes you just got to sit back, eat some snacks and LM@O about it. Because guess what? Like him or not, he’s NOT GOING ANYONE for FOUR MORE YEARS!

Funny, but I can relate. It happens to me here in China. Well, I wouldn’t say it’s 100% because I’m a black American, or simply American. However, I’m sure race plays a factor. Wondering if my Caucasian American expat friends received the same praise through the years, as it is indeed fair to say that out of the few black Americans who has run for president in the past, only ONE has won. So I reckon that’s why the praise is to the extreme at times. Though this is comedy, there’s some reality to it for sure.

November, 2008 when then Senator Barack Obama was elected President of the United States of America in his win against Senate John McCain, had to be one of the proudest moments of modern black and American history. The face of America changed right before our very eyes and many were proud of being alive to witness something so momentous. Fast forward to four years later, the joy is much louder as President Barack Obama has been re-elected and will seat four more years in office in his presidency due to his victory over Republican candidate Mitt Romney. A joyous moment for many but dissatisfying for some, and a chance to ridicule, point fingers and make slay comments for others, not absent of Donald Trump.
When President Barack Obama won his first presidential run-off, there were comments such as “black people no longer have an excuse” and “Barack Obama is the black people’s reparation for slavery”. On one hand, President Obama’s win does indeed mean much for black people concerning American history in government. But does his re-election count for all this black? Not in my book. Though exceedingly proud, his win doesn’t change the hate in people’s heart concerning black people in general. Even the hate that “closet racists” have spill out, and will do so for the next four years. I don’t see society being less messed up for blacks than before anyone ever knew who a BARACK OBAMA was. The police will still hate us. We’ll still be seen as ‘N—gers’, even though our ancestors built the great country America with their own blood, sweat and tears. Job opportunities will still be at minimum for us, even if qualified. Sorry if I seem like a pessimist; yet I’m just stating the facts. If looking at what his re-election mean today, than I’d say, it means he and his family can enjoy the wealth of their ancestor’s labor. And though many of our black ancestors never stepped foot on nor off a slave ship, we share in the burden for the pain the was caused as well as the joy of what strength allows us to conquer.
Congratulations to President Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Bidden and the Obama/Bidden family.

Snoop Dogg aka Snoop Lion ‘La La La’ MartaCard.com video premiere
It was during a recent trip to Jamaica to which rap legend, Snoop Dogg made a transformation into Snoop Lion, now embracing the Rastafari movement. Snoop promise there is to be much to come of it, and to signal it, a few months back, he dropped his first single ‘La La La’ under the Snoop Lion moniker. Now, he just released the official for the title track, and perhaps now it’s official.
In the introduction for the video, Lion is surrounded by children who either seem to have a liking for Lion, Dogg or both. Well, this led to a ritual-like ceremony to which there was a funeral to signal of the death of Snoop D-O double G. as Snoop was closed into a casket holding a dog, only for him to appear resurrected adore a lion’s skullcap, signaling his transformation into Snoop Lion. It’s a fun celebratory video indeed, yet the D-O double G. will be missed however. But for those whom rocks with Snoop, will get used to the Lion. By the way, be on the look out for Snoop Lion’s ‘Reincarnated’ album coming soon.

Just last week , after giving you Snoop Dogg’s ‘Road to Riches’ Doggisode #19, we’re back with Doggisode #20, with Snoop Dogg aka Snoop Lion & Tha Dogg Pound in Budapest. In the short video, Snoop ran through some of his classics (notice I said some, as there are too many to name) such as Drop It Like It’s Hot, Young, Wild & Free and La La La, the debut single from his forthcoming album Reincarnated. He also got up and personal with some of his fans, allowing them to come backstage for a personal interview with the Dogg aka Lion. One fan that made her way backstage is this chick named Bianca. Happy she was she to meet the S-N double O P. as she got the chance to speak with him personally as well as getting graced with a kiss on the cheeks plus an autograph signed by the king of West Coast. Stay tuned for Doggisode #21.

Hip Hop mogul & Roc Nation CEO, Sean “Jay Z” Carter took the subway in Brooklyn to the Barclays Center arena where he did eight concerts to christen the new stadium and home of the newly NBA basketball team, Brooklyn Nets, to which the Jigga Man is a minority owner of. The Brooklyn native was cheered on my fans whom were excited to see him do what only regular people can do, and likely what he used to do in the pre fame days.

And I’m sure when this grandmother is gone on the glory, this family is going to remember her in such a loving way as well, even though they did what I would have never done to my grandmothers.
