Things that Shouldn’t be in style in 2013?
2012 has been a great year. I’ll call it the year of experimenting, whether fashion brands, trends, and other little random things. Some good, some bad, as well as things that made us be like WHAT THE @#$%?! So I came up with a list of things that I thought shouldn’t be in style in 2013. Let
s hope people listen to me.
1) Leather pants.
It was cool in the 80′s when comedians and singers like Eddie Murphy, Michael Jackson and Rick James did it. But it’s not cool to do now. Surely those great artists is what inspired Kanye West to rock leather pants this year. But let’s hope he and others whom are rocking it don’t carry it over into 2013.
2) Honey Boo Boo
I’m sick of this already. The question is, who gives a darn? I just don’t get the point about this show.
3) Gangnam style dance
While I’m happy about this latest dance phenomenon, it can get quite annoying. The Koreans won’t let it go and either will the Chinese. Of course America loves it, but let’s hope that PSY could create something new to make us forget about his Gangnam style movements.
4) That Sh@$ Cray
Jay Z and Kanye West had a great 2012 with Watch The Throne. The album is definitely DOPE. And N@##$% In Paris was the album’s anthem. If you didn’t like the song in the beginning, you eventually became a fan of it because Jay and Ye MADE YOU LOVE IT! They even had you saying That Sh@$ Cray. But let’s leave it out of 2013. It could be annoying as Oh SNAPS!
5) Fur Vests
I’m not a PETA supporter, however I’d stand with them on this issue. This is total trash. Looks like carpet or a floor mat. Get rid of this mess.
6) Glasses w/ no lens
This is big in China. What’s the friggin point? Why wear glasses if there aren’t going to be any lens in them? What’s so cool about this? Another failure.

Is Big Boi & Dre (Outkast) ever releasing another album together? Hopefully! But don’t look for two of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians stars to be making anything music related with each other. Remember the Kardashian clans video remake to the late great Notorious B.I.G. Life After Death classic single Hypnotize? Things seem to be pretty darn happy. But as we’d all wish it to be, we must realize that happiness doesn’t last forever. Even if made for television. But what do we know about the issues between Kim, Khloe and Kourtney’s mom and stepfather, Kris & Bruce Jenner that’s causing them to divorce. That’s right! The two recently renewed their wedding vows, having been married for over 20 years. What a sad day is it. Not only for them, but for E! Entertainment Television as well. Look into the future of their money making show. If the show continues, the rating will drop tremendously. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians show executives may try to do a spend off, however that won’t last.
Divorce is terrible for any couple. With this, I present to you, Hollywood Divorce by Outkast.

I had this poster on the wall of my bedroom. Of course momma made me take it down and started praying to Jesus on my behalf. LOL! But she couldn’t stop the memory. Music exec./Roc Nation artist along with his stylist went over to the Kardashian’s pad to do a little closet cleaning. Now here it is, Kim is already on her ‘A’ game with fashion. But being that she’s with the perfectionist maestro of music and fashion, ‘the best isn’t the best unless Mr. West says YES!’.
Kim says that Ye has inspired her to be a little bit more of an individual. Fair enough.
Leading on to the next thing, seems the Kardashian sisters, plus mom Kris Jenner has rubbed brother and son Rob Kardashian the wrong way, has he broke down in tears while he along with sisters Khloe, Kim, Kourtney and mom Kris visited family counselor Dr. Nicki J. Monti. In order words, Rod was saying that he’s tired of their bull…. Thankfully he has brother-n-law Kanye West to help him cope with his emotions.
Is Big Boi beefing with rhyming partner Andre 3000? No more Outkast?
If it appears to be true, then an Outkast reunion is indefinite. Though this is semi-old news, no one seem to shed the light on this matter, but MARTACARD Team be on it.
When was the last time listeners heard Andre and Big Boi on a track together? Since Lookin 4 Ya, which was supposed to appear on Big Boi’s critically acclaimed ‘Sir Lucious Left Foot, Son of Chico Dusty’ album. According to Boi, it was issues with Jive Records that prevented the duo from pairing up. Therefore the song was never released as a single for the album. Seems that the latest issue concerning Outkast are guest appearances. Both are making a number of appearances on other artist albums, yet different from past days, which is without one another.
Fans hit up Big Boi on twitter asking him why he didn’t appear alongside 3000 on Frank Ocean’s ‘Pink Matter’ single.

Kanye’s G.O.O.D. Music Team covers Complex Magazine
The G.O.O.D. Music team is gearing up for their ‘Cruel Summer’ compilation album release (September 7). Plus 2 Chainz, the unofficial artist to Kanye’s G.O.O.D. Music label is set to drop his Based On a T.R.U. Story album on August 14. His album is set to feature artists such as Kanye West himself, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Ludacris and a few other hip hop heavy hitters.
Meanwhile, most of the G.O.O.D. Music crew stopped by Complex Magazine for an exclusive interview talking about Ye’s work ethic and what separates their team from other hip hop labels.

Will Smith talks slapping the reporter that tried kissing him on the lips
Speaking with Dave Letterman on the Late Show With David Letterman, Hollywood actor Will Smith addressed the incident in which he slapped a Ukrainian reporter for trying to kiss him on the lips at the Moscow premiere of Men in Black III last week.
“I didn’t beat up a guy! No, no. I was in Moscow and … we’re doing an interview and he says, ‘Man …,’ he was a reporter and he says, ‘I’m your biggest fan, can I have a hug, please?’ ” he recalled to Letterman. “So I go to give this joker a hug and he tries to lean in to kiss me, you know? And … it’s just awkward, Dave.” (Late Show With David Letterman)

My friend and I was out shopping one hot afternoon when we thought to ourselves let’s do something over the edge. Right then we came up on a little tanning supply store. There we found some of the coolest body art paint and accessories. We ended up inviting some friends over and had a body art party. If you are having a party or just looking for something cool to do, you might wanna give this a try.

This has got to be one of the most sexiest yet classiest videos that has been out in a while. Naw let me not say that because my girlfriend Shakira would be upset with me. What could be said is that J. Lo is pushing her own umbrella or perhaps letting these young girls know how to don’t stop get it get it. Notice the song’s title is ‘Dance Again’. Maybe there’s a hidden message there, as Goodie M.O.B. once declared, ‘people don’t dance no moe.’

Gorillaz- DoYaThing (Feat. Andre 3000 and James Murphy) [Radio Edit]
Talking weird collaborations, this is weird to the 3000th degree. However, it’s that DOPE kind of weird, like that fashion you’re wondering how someone put what they’re wearing together to make it so cool instead of you being like WHAT THA FU^*?. How come it’s so weird you might ask? Well, it’s the Gorillaz of course. And then there is James Murphy (LCD Soundsystem) and Andre 3000 (Outkast) on there, who SMASHED the joint. Oh, I’m not being bias because I’m from the ATL, yet this is kind of one of those things that makes me proud to rep. for the home time.
I’m not the only one representing. A writer from The Huffington Post says that “it’s one of the best collaborations we’ve heard in a while. “DoYaThing” is an ideal genetic hybrid; a composition that merges three genre pools, but still highlights the traits distinctive to each musician.”

How many 11 year olds are down with Odd Future? Willow Smith met up with crew leader Tyler, the Creator at the Odd Future store in Los Angeles. Wearing a Goblin sweatshirt and beanie, the “Fireball” singer professed her love for the “Yonkers” rapper, writing, “Life is complete… Love of my life.” But it’s more than just a crush. Yeah man. It’s always good to see Andre 3000 on the scene being that he doesn’t do much interviews and does every now and then pop-ups on remixes of artists songs. Though it doesn’t appear that the half of Outkast member is crafting new ideas and music for a future Outkast alongside his partner in rhyme Big Boi aka Sir Lucious Left Foot, he is currently involved in a Gillette Fusion electric razors campaign. And while working on a commercial for the popular razor brand, he took time out to give a short interview about the meaning behind style as well as deciding to let his hair grow out.

To be quite honest, since the late great King of Pop Michael Jackson rocked the halftime show at Super Bowl XXVII (1993), there has yet to be any other Super Bowl halftime performance that great or have come even close. There has been some good ones and with Madonna rocking the crowd at this years Super Bowl XLVII, the expectations are high. Though she’s the queen, the diva has a lot to prove. And with Nicki Minaj joining her for the 12 minute halftime performance, it gots to be right.
