Mothers file lawsuit against South Fulton Hospital for death of 4 babies
While at home looking for another article to share with you guys -with my old MacBook at my french bistro table- I received a call from a good friend of mine. So now you’re getting an earlier scoop of news before it hits the air (assuming you’ve read this before tonight). Neglect by doctors at South Fulton Hospital turns into the death of 4 babies and the fifth injured. Now the mothers of the deceased babies have decided to sue the hospital.

When cops arrived on the scene, she was standing beside her car without any visible injuries.
“At 11:46 A.M., the Alpharetta 911 center received a telephone call from a passerby who advised us a black Camaro had left a roadway and had traveled down an embankment,” said George Gordon, executive officer and public information officer with the Alpharetta Department of Public Safety, in an email to Atlanta-Journal Constitution.
Guys if you know your woman is crazy be careful about what you tell her, or not. Ask the man who didn’t vote in the previous election between re-elected United States of America’s president, Barack Obama and Republican candidate, Mitt Romney. Daniel Solomon of Phoenix Arizona didn’t vote for Obama nor Romney and was left in serious condition after his wife ran him down with the family’s car, proclaiming that Obama won all because Daniel refused to vote.
PAUSE! Now I can understand why she would be upset about President Obama’s victory; however, to blame her husband for that is quite absurd. There were thousands of people across the country that didn’t exercise their voting rights. That’s too much blame to put on one person. What was the real issue she ran down her husband? If the president’s re-election was really the case then lady has serious issues. Yet if it were other issues leading up to the incident, then she should have talked it through with her husband and perhaps a counselor in between instead of going H.A.M. like that.
Politics these days has made a lot of people gone mad. There has never been so much rage in the history of American politics before. Now all of a sudden, people are going, as they say in the NY, ‘bananas son’. Word to the wise; before doing something STUPID because certain things aren’t going your way; how about taking positive measures towards working on changing that. I know a part of the heading says she “allegedly” ran over her husband because he didn’t vote. Yet more than likely, it’s true. Take notice of her mug shot. Mr. Solomon stated that his wife believed their family would face hardship if re-elected. But didn’t the economic worsen while former Republican president George W. Bush was in office during the latter years of his re-election? Hmmmmm.
November, 2008 when then Senator Barack Obama was elected President of the United States of America in his win against Senate John McCain, had to be one of the proudest moments of modern black and American history. The face of America changed right before our very eyes and many were proud of being alive to witness something so momentous. Fast forward to four years later, the joy is much louder as President Barack Obama has been re-elected and will seat four more years in office in his presidency due to his victory over Republican candidate Mitt Romney. A joyous moment for many but dissatisfying for some, and a chance to ridicule, point fingers and make slay comments for others, not absent of Donald Trump.
When President Barack Obama won his first presidential run-off, there were comments such as “black people no longer have an excuse” and “Barack Obama is the black people’s reparation for slavery”. On one hand, President Obama’s win does indeed mean much for black people concerning American history in government. But does his re-election count for all this black? Not in my book. Though exceedingly proud, his win doesn’t change the hate in people’s heart concerning black people in general. Even the hate that “closet racists” have spill out, and will do so for the next four years. I don’t see society being less messed up for blacks than before anyone ever knew who a BARACK OBAMA was. The police will still hate us. We’ll still be seen as ‘N—gers’, even though our ancestors built the great country America with their own blood, sweat and tears. Job opportunities will still be at minimum for us, even if qualified. Sorry if I seem like a pessimist; yet I’m just stating the facts. If looking at what his re-election mean today, than I’d say, it means he and his family can enjoy the wealth of their ancestor’s labor. And though many of our black ancestors never stepped foot on nor off a slave ship, we share in the burden for the pain the was caused as well as the joy of what strength allows us to conquer.
Congratulations to President Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Bidden and the Obama/Bidden family.
Democrats, we did it again. Four years wasn’t enough time for President Barack Obama to finish his mission. George Bush left the United States with so much turmoil, debt, and distress that our country was willing to break the race barrier and give the most qualified candidate the opportunity to repair our economy.
Today is the beginning of a new America! Our future is looking much brighter now. Affordable healthcare, lower taxes, more jobs, and a better education system will boost our economy.
Do you remember this song by Young Jeezy “My President” featuring Nas
Saturday morning, I was just arguing with a guy in the barbershop about the Paul Williams/ Saul (Canelo) Alvarez bout and the very next day such a tragic accident happened. I’ve seen Paul Williams fight so many times, I almost feel like I know the man personally. According to NyDailyNews.com, On Sunday May 27th 2012, Williams was traveling 75 miles per hour when the car hit him. Paralyzed in a motorcycle accident, his upcoming fight and his boxing career is not important anymore. His recovery and mental state is what us fans should now be concerned about. He is now going through a tough battle outside the ring and Paul Williams, I salute you as a survivor. Stay strong and much blessings from E-SUN and The Martacard family.
Unfortunately on the same day, boxing great Johnny Tapia was found dead… R.I.P. Johnny Tapia

There seems to be no known greater songwriter and entertainer other than the King of Pop himself, the late Michael Jackson. Scheming through some unreleased songs and footage of the pop icon, I ran across ‘We’ve Had Enough’ which serves as a song expressing frustrations with relationships, injustice, selfishness of the world and other troubling issues. It definitely has a message and touches the soul.
President Barack Obama on Wednesday welcomed home returning troops from Iraq. (CNN) Yes, after nine years of fighting in one of the longest wars in United States history, the American troops are returning home.
R.I.P. To the fallen soldiers and much prayers go out to the bereaved and those wounded. Your sacrifices will never be forgotten nor shall your service towards making the lives of the U.S. and foreign citizens go in vain.
It was just last week when I made a Facebook status update about “FACEBOOK beefs” . And a few days later, some peers of mine and I were having a discussion about how comments made over social networking sites (facebook, twitter, etc.) causing real life situations from death threats, robberies, fights, murder, etc.
In the seriousness of this matter, one lady took it upon herself to burn down a friends home because she unfriended her on facebook. That was stupidity at its worst. Perhaps there are some insecurities there that started at a very young age that she’s learned to cope with over the years and maybe even thought she found a ‘best friend’ in the lady whose home she destroyed. Yet it only takes for one match to be lit to start a fire.
I’m sure you have heard the breaking news already. The jury found Dr. Conrad Murray guilty of involuntary manslaughter for the death of Michael Jackson. Murray was immediately handcuffed and sent to jail to await the sentencing. Media coverage shows people all around the world rejoicing over the news. Murray is looking at four years of prison and having his his medical license revoked. If Michael Jackson was addicted to prescription drugs, who’s at fault? Do you think Dr. Murray had a fair trial? Was he put in an awkward position being of all people, Michael Jackson’s private physician? Would he be employed by Mike if he would have simply said “No”. What do you think?
Can you believe that Krystal on Campbelton Rd, SW Atlanta, GA is now closed and out of business. In Atlanta, Krystal on Campbelton rd was not just a fast food restaurant, but also a landmark in the community. I remember back in the 80′s and 90′s when Krystal’s was the hangout spot after you leave clubs like The Nite Lite, 559, 731, Sharon’s Showcase, just to name a few. Or a spot to hit after you leave Jelly Beans (The Skating Rink), or a good place to chill after a rival Mays-Douglass football game. This restaurant holds a lot of A-Town memories, I would say it’s “The Black folks Varsity”. Unfortunately, it appears that the property is a foreclosure and the price for the building has dropped down to $50,000. Where my Atlanta people at???? Check in and give your opinion or share your memory!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes surely many of us are wondering if things would be different if Troy Davis was WHITE! Nothing is wrong with such a thought, for as we ponder over history, blacks experience the injustice of the judical system more than any other race. No, racial controversy is not to be ignored; however, it’s the heart of a man that reveals himself. Not his skin color. Why still after some 22 years later, the family of the murdered policeman want Troy Davis to die? Pay back, revenge, anger, unforgiveness, the pride of life, which is the root of them all. Still, many as myself wonder: what if Davis was white? Would the family or the judicial courts still want this man to die?
Well, they’ve got what they wanted. Yet what about that peace that is sought of by the family of the slain officer Mark MacPhail? Will they ever obtain it? The truth of the matter is, no matter what kind of justice a person feels has been served, unforgiveness does not bring about peace. It will eat you alive like rats and worms.
Though we grieve at the lost in the MacPhail family, we must now we cry out for ‘mercy’ undue to their unforgiveness.

Some of the World Trade Center debris was sent to the Fresh Kills Landfill on Staten Island. This landfill had been closed to new additions on March 22, 2001,but was temporarily reopened to receive and process much of the debris from the destruction of the World Trade Center. The debris contained the remains of many of the victims; much of it in the form of dust and small fragments. In August 2005, 17 plaintiffs, claiming to have support from 1,000 other relatives, filed a case in court to have the City of New York move nearly one million tons of material to another location where it would be sifted and placed in a cemetery. The lawyer for the plaintiffs stated “It comes down to this: Are we prepared to leave hundreds of body parts and human remains on top of a garbage dump?” A lawyer representing the city argued “You have to be able to particularize and say it’s your body part. All that’s left here is a bunch of undifferentiated dust
