Saigon wants to punch Rick Ross and 2 Chainz
sorry but this video was removed by owner.
Saigon wants to punch rappers like Rick Ross and 2 Chainz for releasing detrimental music and corrupting the youth which are their biggest listeners. I searched Saigon on YouTube and found a song he recorded with Styles P, an artist that also release the same type of music from an east coast point of view. Styles P was featured on Rick Ross’s break through hit “B.M.F.” which isn’t the type of music you would want your children to listen to either. Together they recorded a song promoting drugs, violence, and money . In fact, the song below “Not Like Them” by Saigon featuring Styles P has parental advisory content also. What do you think about Saigon’s comments?
Did you see Maybach Music’s Gunplay throwing blows with G-Unit during the BET HipHop Awards. If not, check out the footage below. Also, check Gunplay’s interview with the Breakfast Club talking about the fight and how it started.
Black History Month, gotta pay homage to hiphop legions such as Eric B & Rakim for paving the way for rap and hiphop music today. Before Lil Wayne, Jay Z, and Kanye, there were folk like Eric B &Rakim’, KRS-1, RUN DMC, Curtis Blow, and many more pioneers of Rap/Hiphop. Many thought rap would fade into thin air over a course of years, but now it is the most influential genre in music today…. Check out “I Aint No Joke” by Eric B & Rakim
Shout out to Tripple T, the newest member of the Martacard family. A very productive artist in hip-hop, Tripple T is always putting in work. If she’s not somewhere dropping dope rhymes on the mic, then she’s on stage rocking another show. Tripple T has a strong drive and pure dedication to music. We are happy to have her on our team.
This is going to be a very busy week for me. I’m going to be ripping and running with last minute Christmas shopping. Also, I’ll be working long hours trying to make a few more dollars this holiday season. In other words, I’ll be on my grind from sun up to sun down. Tonight however, I’m going to relax and chill.
While listening to Big Sean’s “Marvin and Chardonnay“, I might as well put this bottle on ice for now. I have a friend coming over tonight and I want the mood to be just right. She likes hiphop, so I already have my playlist together. I’ll start things with a little Wiz Khalifa because she love to smoke. Then, I’ll mix things up with a little Snoop Dogg, and you know I got to put “The Cronic” on rotation too. Hopefully, I can get her to decorate my Christmas tree while I watch the football game. If she play her role, I might have something special for her tonight. Big things come in small packages but I have a big package for her, if you know what I mean. After our third glass of Chardonnay, I’ll throw on some Trey Songz and see how she respond to that. It’s cool being a bachelor but this one is on my keepers list.

Who Is Tyler The Creator: Best New Artist?
So is this what hip hop has evolved to. After so many conspiracy theories about rappers and secret societies, devil worshipers and hidden agendas, now the movement is more direct. Instead of sending subliminal messages, now we have artist like Tyler The Creator. An atheist rapper that doesn’t bite his tongue about anything. Blasphemy lyrical content with Satanic symbols, the agenda is no longer hidden folks. The devil is definitely at work!
The sad part about this movement is the fact that Tyler The Creator is actually a gifted MC. His delivery is dope, he has lyrical content and character. How the hell a hip hop artist win a VMA award without getting radio play in a city like Atlanta? Is his radio rotation outside of the south that strong or is his Youtube campaign powerful enough to generate nationwide stardom? I don’t know, do you?
Martacard 12 O’clock Classic
Trillville – Neva Eva
This was a hard ATL jam back in the day. Delivered to us by Lil Jon, the king of crunk, Trillville had one of the crunkest videos during the Dirty South era. The hook itself pretty much summarized the whole song. “You Will Neva Eva, Neva Eva, Neva Eva, Neva Eva Eva Eva Get On My Level”…. LMAO!!! Shout out to Trillville and Lil Jon!!!

Da Luniz – I Got 5 On It
Every time I hear this song, for some strange reason I get the munchies. I think its my brain trying to tell me to take it back to my days as a student at Fort Valley State Univ. You know, when we was burning it down on the regular. Well, I don’t do all that anymore, as long as I keep “I Got 5 On It” in the archives… Shout out to Da Luniz!!!!
Iced Out Click – How 2 Act
Iced Out Click is a rap group from Arkansas. The group consist of five members, Shawty Ace, young Bige, Studieo, Zorilla, and Da-menace. They are currently in Atlanta networking, recording, and grindin their music. They are currently unsigned, with a big name looking to draw the attention of Atl fans. Martacard 12 O’clock Classic: “Always On Time” by Ja Rule & Ashanti
Ja Rule was the man back in the early 2000′s!! He was part of a major hiphop beef with 50 Cent, and a member of Murder Inc Records. His music was highly played on the radio and in clubs. Shout out to Ja Rule and Ashanti for this one…
ESUN’S PICK OF THE DAY: “I Can’t Help It” by T.I. & Rocko
Atl going hard on this one!! T.I. teamed up with Rocko to put this one together. The beat was nice and I love the hook. Shout out to them boys for puttin this one down!!!!
T.I. – I Can’t Help It ft. Rocko [Official Music Video] – YouTube.
Martacard 12 O’clock Classic: Tela “Sho Nuff”
Even though he doesn’t get much radio play, Devin The Dude music still make it’s way around the country some how. He has a large underground fan base and does a lot of touring. He always does it his way instead of blending in with the music trend the majority of hiphop artist tend to follow. Keep doing good music pimp!!!
Martacard 12 O’clock Classic: Devin The Dude “Lacville 79″
How bout I’m checking out “Benz Or Beamer” video and I’m tripping on how crunk everybody was in the crowd scenes. Outkast was the first group from Atlanta that was well respected in hiphop. Back then, if people up north didn’t feel ya music, you were considered a regional act. Lyrically, Outkast held it down nationwide!!
This MC is definitely on my top 10 list. He might even be in my top 5. Been in the game since the early 90′s, Nas is still one of the best rappers in the business today. This song is one of my favorites in the Nas collection. Shout-out to Nas
Martacard 12 O’clock Classic: Nas “One Mic”
One of the greatest mc’s to ever bless the mic. It’s sad that he had to go away so soon. Shout-Out to B.I.G. and the Badboy family…..
Martacard 12 O’Clock Classic: The Notorious B.I.G. “Big Poppa”
What better way to end the Martacard 12 O’Clock Classic 80″s week on with none other than Eric B & Rakim. Rakim was definitely ahead of his time. He brought to the game a clever, lyrical rhyme scheme that made mc’s step their game up. Some people today consider Rakim to be the best mc ever in hiphop. Eric B was the silent man in the background. He was responsible for the dope mixing and overall sound of the duo. Shout-Out to Eric B & Rakim….
Martacard 12 O’Clock Classic: Eric B & Rakim “Paid In Full”
Video: Rumor Report: Waka Flocka Got His Old Muppet Chains Robbed From Him On His Visit To Compton!? [Photos Of The Goon Flossin Them]
A Compton Goon flashing Waka Flocka’s chain in the video clip. According to WSHH, Waka visited with some gang members in Compton, CA with his artist Young Hootie and this guy ran up on him. The most interesting thing about this video is all the tattoos this guy has on his face. I don’t understand this new trend!!!!!
Video: Trouble: Alley Boy (CEO OF Duct Tape Ent) Tells Yung LA He Gotta Remove The Duck Off His Face! + Yung LA’s Response [Audio]
This is interesting, Yung La has a duck tatted on his face, which represents the logo of ” Duct Tape” boys. However Alley Boy, a member of Duct Tape says that Yung LA is not a member and wasn’t cleared to get a tattoo of their logo. Sounds like confusion, I wander how this issue will pan out. Check out the audio clip!!!
