Saigon wants to punch Rick Ross and 2 Chainz

sorry but this video was removed by owner.
Saigon wants to punch rappers like Rick Ross and 2 Chainz for releasing detrimental music and corrupting the youth which are their biggest listeners. I searched Saigon on YouTube and found a song he recorded with Styles P, an artist that also release the same type of music from an east coast point of view. Styles P was featured on Rick Ross’s break through hit “B.M.F.” which isn’t the type of music you would want your children to listen to either. Together they recorded a song promoting drugs, violence, and money . In fact, the song below “Not Like Them” by Saigon featuring Styles P has parental advisory content also. What do you think about Saigon’s comments?

Rakim – I Aint No Joke

Black History Month, gotta pay homage to hiphop legions such as Eric B & Rakim for paving the way for rap and hiphop music today. Before Lil Wayne, Jay Z, and Kanye, there were folk like Eric B &Rakim’, KRS-1, RUN DMC, Curtis Blow, and many more pioneers of Rap/Hiphop. Many thought rap would fade into thin air over a course of years, but now it is the most influential genre in music today…. Check out “I Aint No Joke” by Eric B & Rakim

Relax and Chill

This is going to be a very busy week for me. I’m going to be ripping and running with last minute Christmas shopping. Also, I’ll be working long hours trying to make a few more dollars this holiday season. In other words, I’ll be on my grind from sun up to sun down. Tonight however, I’m going to relax and chill.
While listening to Big Sean’s “Marvin and Chardonnay“, I might as well put this bottle on ice for now. I have a friend coming over tonight and I want the mood to be just right. She likes hiphop, so I already have my playlist together. I’ll start things with a little Wiz Khalifa because she love to smoke. Then, I’ll mix things up with a little Snoop Dogg, and you know I got to put “The Cronic” on rotation too. Hopefully, I can get her to decorate my Christmas tree while I watch the football game. If she play her role, I might have something special for her tonight. Big things come in small packages but I have a big package for her, if you know what I mean. After our third glass of Chardonnay, I’ll throw on some Trey Songz and see how she respond to that. It’s cool being a bachelor but this one is on my keepers list.

Who Is Tyler The Creator: Best New Artist?

Who Is Tyler The Creator: Best New Artist?

So is this what hip hop has evolved to.  After so many conspiracy theories about rappers and secret societies, devil worshipers and hidden agendas, now the movement is more direct.  Instead of sending subliminal messages, now we have artist like Tyler The Creator.  An atheist rapper that doesn’t bite his tongue about anything.  Blasphemy lyrical content with Satanic symbols, the agenda is no longer hidden folks.  The devil is definitely at work!

The sad part about this movement is the fact that Tyler The Creator is actually a gifted MC.  His delivery is dope, he has lyrical content and character.  How the hell a hip hop artist win a VMA award without getting radio play in a city like Atlanta?  Is his radio rotation outside of the south that strong or is his Youtube campaign powerful enough to generate nationwide stardom?  I don’t know, do you?

Trillville – Neva Eva

This was a hard ATL jam back in the day. Delivered to us by Lil Jon, the king of crunk, Trillville had one of the crunkest videos during the Dirty South era. The hook itself pretty much summarized the whole song. “You Will Neva Eva, Neva Eva, Neva Eva, Neva Eva Eva Eva Get On My Level”…. LMAO!!! Shout out to Trillville and Lil Jon!!!

You know, when we was burning it down on the regular. Well, I don’t do all that anymore, as long as I keep “I Got 5 On It” in the archives… Shout out to Da Luniz!!!!
