Former UFC fighter Jason “Mayhem” Miller goes to church ‘butt-naked’ and gets arrested!
Just had a thought the other day like wanting to run around ‘butt-naked’ through my neighborhood here in China, holding an American flag while yelling ‘America #1′, as we came out of top as the country with the most wins, having dominated the Olympic Games which was hosted in London (England). For too things would lead to me getting arrested; being naked and BLACK. But what Jason “Mayhem” Miller did takes the cake for his stunt.
The former UFC fighter had been arrested for breaking into the Mission Hills Church (Mission Viejo, CA) and causing chaos. When authorities arrived, it is said the church was completely trashed. One could imagine bibles, programs and hymn books having been scattered all over the place.
Reports say Mayhem was found laying on the couch asleep. Of course he was taken into custody and is currently being medically evaluated.

Floyd Mayweather Going To Jail
Once again another one of our great athletes are caught up in the judicial system. According to the news media, Floyd Mayweather pled guilty to domestic violence and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.
The plea deal avoids felony trial from a 2010 fight with his was ex-girl friend. He was also ordered to do 1000 hours of community service. I guess the long awaited showdown with Manny Pacquiao will once again be pushed back, this time for reasons unrelated to boxing.

Man ate Cocaine Hidden in his brother’s butt and dies
This is so sickening and altogether sad. Would you ever tell your brother, relative or a close friend to eat crack from your butt?
A South Carolina man with a lengthy criminal record asked his younger brother to make the ultimate sacrifice for him. An hour later his brother was dead.
Deangelo Rashard Mitchell, 23, of North Charleston, SC, was handcuffed with his brother, Wayne Joshua Mitchell, 20, in the back seat of a patrol car on Nov. 30. The two men had been pulled over in their truck for driving with one headlight out. Officers placed the brothers in the back seat while they searched the truck.
Facing life in prison if convicted on the drug charge, Deangelo, who had hidden an ounce of crack cocaine in his buttocks, asked Wayne to swallow the drugs. And the brother did just that, only to end of dead following the incident.

Conrad Murray – Medical Malpractice
I wonder if Dr Conrad Murray’s professional liability will cover him for the Michael Jackson civil suit. Murray was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and sentenced to four years in prison. Was Murray responsible for Michael Jackson’s overdose of the powerful sedative Propofol? If not, he wouldn’t be incarcerated right now. I truly believe that Dr. Conrad Murray just happened to be the right doctor for Mike at the wrong time.

Not the miracle stick. She isn’t playing. Did she have one of those “If I can’t have it, no one else can” moments? Or was it one of those, “Well, I guess we won’t be needing this anyone” matters? Whatever the case may be, she’ll have the rest of her time in jail to think about it.

Afghan rape victim must decide whether she wants to stay in prison or marry her rapist cousin
Never have I heard a rape victim being sent to prison yet the rapist gets to go free. However it happens in certain countries, cultures and religions as to the attitude that the woman ‘provoked’ a man to rape her. Many would argue that it’s a religious thing and that people often abuse or misquote principles and scriptural verses to ‘justify’ a behavior, attitude or action. Whichever the case may be, no human being deserves to be taken advantage of. And no human being should be forced into making a decision that they shouldn’t have to make if the justice system was fair for all.

83 year old sentenced to jail?
COBB COUNTY, Ga. — An 83-year-old woman was sentenced to three years in jail for a crash that killed a young girl.
On Monday, Edith Anderson told a judge that she mistakenly hit the accelerator, drove onto a sidewalk and ended up hitting and killing 5-year-old Karla Campos as she stepped off a school bus.
Channel 2 Action News reporter Ross Cavitt was the only reporter in the courtroom Monday as a Cobb County judge ordered Anderson to go immediately to jail. Anderson pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide.
Anderson apologized and acknowledged the family’s suffering.
“Because of me, she’s no longer with us and because of me, her family will suffer the pain of her loss for the rest of their lives and I hate that,” said Anderson.
The accident happened more than a year ago.
Question:
I have heard a lot of people mention the older lady should not be sentenced to jail because of her age..is that right because of the murder or a little five-year old girl or should they take her license and let it just be that?

Wow Tiny and TI, really?? LoL
T.I. has taken the concept of having “Whatever You Like” to new heights.
The trouble-prone rapper is in more Hot Water — this time behind bars — after he and his homely bride, singer/songwriter Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, were spotted getting their jollies during a recent visit.
Tip will spend the remainder of 2011 incarcerated in Arkansas State Prison on a probation violation charge. Inmates in the federal correctional system, like T.I., are not entitled to conjugal. Prison rules state that visitors may kiss and embrace at the start of the visit, but hands must be visible to staff at all time. Of course, that didn’t stop Tiny from breaking her man off with a handjob late last month.
What a respectable little Southern belle she is! Why Clifford Harris, getting your freak on while on lockdown we see. Impressive, but making sexy times with Atlanta’s prized piglet hen you’re already in a world of trouble likely isn’t the best way to prove that you’ve turned over a new law-abiding leaf, Tip.
Tiny confirmed that her happy hands got her husband reprimanded and tells TMZ that T.I. was immediately punished after they were caught and sent to a “special housing unit.”

Waka has several charges including possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. So now Atlanta has three of our most popular hiphop artist in trouble with the law. Is this an attack on the hiphop community, or are they simply products of our environment? What do you think? Leave comments!!!! For more on the story, goto Gucci & Waka Flocka arrested

Georgia Prisons On Lockdown
ATLANTA — Authorities have locked down four Georgia prisons for five days for security reasons after discovering that inmates were launching a protest seeking better work and living conditions, corrections officials said Monday.
Authorities said the lockdown confines inmates to their cells and restricts them from visitation rights, telephone calls and visits to the commissary.
There have been no major incidents or issues reported at the four prisons, which will remain locked down until an internal investigation and a security review are completed, said Department of Corrections spokeswoman Peggy Chapman.
She said the state’s other 26 prisons are operating normally.
“The department’s mission of maintaining safe and secure facilities is nonnegotiable and will not be jeopardized,” said Brian Owens, the department’s commissioner.
“The department will ensure appropriate safety measures are in place before the lockdown is lifted.”
The protest, which was launched Thursday, aimed to prod corrections officials into giving the prisoners better educational opportunities, improved health care and more access to their families, said Leila McDowell, vice president of communications for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.
Organizers say the protest was put together by inmates through a network of contraband cell phones.
Although Georgia inmates caught with cell phones could face up to five years in prison, corrections officials say smuggled phones are the leading contraband in state prisons.
The NAACP’s Georgia chapter staged a rally at the steps of the Georgia Capitol Monday urging Gov. Sonny Perdue and the U.S. Bureau of Prisons to investigate the measures that guards used to force prisoners back to work.
They claim prison guards used violence to get prisoners out of their cells.
Corrections officials have denied the allegations.
Perdue’s office declined comment. The U.S. Justice Department did not immediately return messages seeking comment.
Bureau of Prisons spokeswoman Traci Billingsley said the agency has no jurisdiction over state prisons.
The lockdown took place at Hays State Prison in Trion, Macon State Prison in Oglethorpe, Telfair State Prison in Helena and Smith State Prison in Glennville. for more, goto CBS Atlanta
